Curbside & Appointment Banking

As we navigate through these changing times, we are introducing two new and convenient ways for you to manage your banking. As always, the safety of our customers and employees is paramount, and we continue to be committed to delivering the best experience possible.

Curbside Banking
Avoid long lines at the drive-thru and complete transactions with one of our Universal Bankers.

Curbside Banking Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9 am-3:30 pm.
 
Curbside Banking Transactions Include:
  • Pick up or drop off financial documents
  • Document and maintenance form signatures
  • Coin order pickup
  • Open or close an account
  • Debit card orders
  • Wire transfers
  • Notary

How It Works:

  • Call 1-781-762-1800 Monday - Friday to arrange for Curbside Service.
  • At the scheduled time, please wait in your car outside the bank on Park Street. There is signage indicating where to park.
  • Have your driver’s license/ ID  ready and please do not get out of your car.
  • Please wear a mask while Curbside Banking. Our Curbside Bankers will be wearing masks and gloves.

In-Branch Appointment Banking
We are now offering In Branch Appointments with our Universal Bankers to assist with complex banking transactions or services.
 
In-Branch Appointment Banking Hours:
Monday-Friday,  9 am-3 pm.

Transactions Include:
  • Safe deposit box access
  • New account openings
  • Personal loan closings
  • Debit card orders
  • Legal title changes
  • CD closeouts
  • Wire transfers
  • IRA transactions
  • Power of Attorney services
  • Notary

How It Works:  

  • Call 1-781-762-1800 Monday - Friday  to make an appointment.  
  • At the scheduled time, please go to the  administrative entrance on Park Street. 
  • A Universal Banker will meet you at the door  and escort you into the Bank.  
  • Please wear a mask and have your Identification ready upon entry.
